Entering a bit of a crossroads with my art.

I've spent this year, not drawing chibi style and generally not drawing due to certain events and things.

To be honest, I no longer think of my chibi style as chibi as its not really keeping in line with it and also I think its just my cartoony style.

While I believe art should be done for youself and not the opinions of others (Unless its a commission of course), I just thought I should ask the question if I should go back and draw some chibis and whether or not my art is taken seriously because of it.

I'm more at ease and more expressive with my chibi style, but at the same time I'd like to get more work for my art (If that is at all possible ;) )

So since I can no longer conduct polls due to my refusal to pay DA for such a meager privledge, I'm asking you guys.

Please be as BRUTALLY honest as possible, it helps more. Just saying " No you're chibis are shit/ ace / replace with suitable adjective" doesn't really get me any further.

if you're doing art for yourself.. do what you like and people will find you. If you're doing work for other people.. you must adapt.
There's no reason why.... that you can't do both.
